DIY Cardboard Box Halloween Costumes

There's nothing easier than creating a cardboard box robot for a Halloween costume. Simply cut arm holes in a large box that fits your lil one from shoulder to knee. Cut the bottom from the box, and coat with silver paint. To create the top of the robot, cut the bottom from a smaller box that fits comfortably over your tot's head, cut two eye holes, and staple a length of elastic from each side of the bottom of the box to comfortably slip under your tot's chin, keeping the robot box head in place.

Once the costume is dry, add decorative robot touches with various colors of paint or fun objects such as an old clock face. Dress your lil one in black, long-sleeved shirt and black leggings to finish the costume.
