it would be helpful if you could post a link to the "really delicious ideas at better recipes that involve little or no prep time."

I disagree with you about crock pot recipes because the main purpose is to have a meal that is delicious and ready to eat when you get back from work, not to eliminate all your work. Also, I have found some really delicious ideas at Better Recipes that involve little to no prep time. While I do work for them, I use them myself because they honestly have a ton of really delicious ideas. They are really worth checking out.

I have a slow cooker but I find that, if you want a good meal out of it, there is a significant amount of prep work. Slow cookers are advertised as something that makes kitchen life easier, and I disagree. The prep, pre-cooking, and cleanup remain the same.
