Come, Create, Celebrate! A Simply Stylish Birthday Party

Oct 5 2012 - 6:43am

Krista Salmon of Kiki's List [1] is great at throwing girlie bashes [2] at home, but for her oldest daughter Elizabeth's seventh birthday party, she took her soiree skills on the road. "We loaded up a van full of seven girls and headed to Confetti Studio [3] in Warrenton, VA," Krista says. "My friend Annabel and her friend Alessandra just opened a studio space, and they might be two of the most creative women I've ever met — and that's saying something. The girls had the absolute best time creating and celebrating!" Not only do we love the cool crafts (painted bead necklaces! paper garlands!) and happy faces that fill this party, but we also love how a simple — i.e. fairly easy for Mama — party can look just as special as one filled with the most over-the-top dessert table or decor. Check out all the creative details, captured by photographer Ryann Colleen [4]!
