from Annabel Karmel's You Can Cook
1x7 inch flour wrap
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp ketchup
2 to 3 drops lemon juice
Small handful shredded lettuce (little gem, romaine or iceberg)
1 oz cooked chicken
2 to 3 cherry tomatoes, cut in half or quarters
Warm the wrap in a microwave or dry frying pan.
Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and lemon together. Spread over the wrap.
Scatter lettuce over half of the wrap, then layer chicken and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll up and cut in half. If you like you can serve with a cocktail stick.
