To each their own. I personally don't think it's a big deal, but my parents are pretty traditional though, so I'm pretty sure they'd have a mini freakout sesh if I got pregnant before getting married.

Actually I think Jennifer and Ben got married while she was pregnant. So technically they didn't have a child out of wedlock.

I think traditional family structure is great I just don't feel that it necessarily provides any more security. But maybe I'm just the jaded child of divorced parents:-)
