Camila Alves was out and about in Malibu showing off her beautiful baby bump. At four months along in her pregnancy, it seemed like the model turned Matthew McConaughey's baby mama was all about business dressed in trousers, heels and a wrap.

She's quite the accomplished woman having persuaded the eccentric actor to move out of his Airstream trailer and on to more solid ground in a house.
