CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS WITH BARBECUE SAUCE
6 chicken drumsticks
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, crushed
- Wash the drumsticks, pat dry with kitchen paper and score each one 3 times using a sharp knife.
- Thoroughly mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. oat the drumsticks in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Line a baking tray or roasting dish with foil. Place the drumsticks in the dish together with the sauce.
- Cook in an oven pre-heated to 400F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
