Broiled peaches and honey
1 slice toast
1 sliced peach
1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
1 tsp honey
For bread try brioche or challah
Preheat the broiler to medium. Lightly butter the toast and lay the peach slices on top.
Broil gently until the peaches soften, then add the mascarpone cheese and drizzle the honey over the top.
Serve while still warm.
