#3 and the answer don't really go together. It gives the woman the right to breastfeed on federal property, not the right to breastfeed in all public areas. It's also property where she AND the baby have the legal right to be. There really isn't a law specifically protecting breastfeeding in public in all 50 states. There's just no law saying they can't, and hopefully more states will follow along in specifying it as protected.

I'm not sure why breastfeeding freaks everyone out so much. Humans relied on it to survive for quite a long time.
