Anon, I checked with my dentist before doing this video. He gave them the thumbs up (especially the floss, since, well, he's a dentist). Skywayke, I've used 3D White, too. Good stuff, but the mouthwash is a little more peroxide-y than I can handle.

I use Crest 3D White toothpaste. Works better than any whitening strip or tray filled with icky gel I've ever tried. A lot cheaper and doesn't damage your teeth. :) Arm and Hammer also has a whitening booster gel that you can put on top of your toothpaste which gives it an extra whitening boost as well.

Yes. strip the enamel right off your teeth girls. But it's okay! you'll have white teeth just like the stars capped teeth. When yours fall out...you can get dentures! YAY! Really?
