Beach loving princesses will swoon over
The Mermaid's Palace seashell tiaras. Using authentic seashells, pearl beads, rhinestones, and other pieces, artist Kari Jeanne Lobdell adorns fabric wrapped metal tiara bands so they can be molded to fit any sized noggin.
