Pregnancy isn't the time to try your fastest pace at a mile run, or beat your record for holding a plank, but most doctors suggest moderate exercise. So long as you listen to the warning signs, and take it slow, you should continue trips to yoga, the gym or long walks until your doctor tells you to slow your roll.
Finding maternity workout gear that's comfortable and doesn't restrict your growing belly can be a workout in itself. You can probably get by using the same tees and sports bras until your last trimester, but do invest in a pair of comfortable pants that were designed to fit a pregnant form.
