The movies often show an expectant mother resting in a rocker while her husband struggles to put the crib together. Reality doesn't always work that way! In the age of DIY television and shows like Extreme Home Makeover, a growing number of other families are pulling out their drills and getting to work. According to a study by BabyChild.org.uk, 41 percent of the surveyed mamas-to-be built their lil one's furniture on their own because, "their partner was not getting it done." In my case, I was lucky because the store that delivered our crib assembled it for free. How did your room get set up?
