Ninety percent of lilsugar readers were correct when they predicted that Ashlee Simpson would give birth before Naomi Watts. The singer and her hubby Pete Wentz became the parents of a bouncing baby boy tonight. Congratulations to the rockin' family!

yes it is pronunced Mow-glee. and the name sounds all wrong together... way to harsh. did they not sound it out to themselves. ihope the kid legally changes it as he gets older..

That's how I pronounce it too Greggie. I think Mowglu could be cute actually if it fit with the rest of the name and of course only as a middle name. I don't like Bronx but it could have worked better with a different middle and last name.

Zuma is an actual name though and Nesta for Bob, but Bronx is a location (and it's not even cute like Brooklyn). And the combination of letters in Mowgli is just horrendous (I'm hoping the pronounciation is better). They commpletely dropped the ball on this.

I still think Zuma's worse than Bronx, but as far as full names go with Lunesta or whatever and Mowgli, they may tie.

I had to do a double take on middle name because I originally thought it said "Mogwai," as in Gizmo from Gremlins. Not that Mowgli is much better. What is with celebrities naming their kids after locations? Maybe they should give their baby a name meant for.. I dunno.. PEOPLE?

I think Mowgli is a great middle name and Bronx isn't the worst, there are worse city/country names people name their children, like brooklyn (yuk) and Asia (why?) . I love their name but I wouldn't personally name my kid that. I think it is a relatively normal name.
