Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaya looks to be a chip off the supermodel block.
The 6-year-old was camera ready when the family went out for dinner at Nobu restaurant in Malibu.
While dad Rande Gerber and big brother, Presley, 8, seemed less enthused by the shutterbugs, Kaya gave good face with her rosy cheeks, defined eyes and matte lips.
It looks like the lil girl had been playing in mommy's makeup.
What's your take on young kids using cosmetics?

Why put so much makeup on such a cute little girl?!
1She is cute! I definitely do not think that a 6 year old needs to wear any makeup...ever. I mean it would really have to be a special occasion but I wouldn't have my little girl out like that.
2Interesting. I don't think she needs make-up obviously, but I can see the fun in letting her try out stuff every once in a while.
3It's so bizarre looking at that kid as my daughter is the same age and looks about half that age due to all the makeup. Seriously, I let my daughter play with makeup, but she takes it off before we leave the house. That kid looks about 12.
4OMG she is 6! Why is she wearing SO MUCH make-up?
5WHOA. I find that pretty disturbing, actually. She's SIX, shouldn't she be wearing a floral dress and have pigtails in her hair!?
6I can't believe she is 6!!!! I thought she was 12 of so...she definately looks too grown up
7Um.. this is extremely disturbing! She is 6 and should not be wearing make up like that.
I don't get it at all!
8she is SIX?! when i was six, i was running around with scabs on my knees and dirt on my face..
9My almost 8 year old daughter is not allowed to wear makeup out as a normal thing. However, she has gone out in makeup when we took her to dinner after she was in some plays. Also, she has had light modeling makeup on her after a shoot. Who knows wear they were coming from.
10Kids and Makeup
No makeup (mascara, eye shadow, lipstick, blush, ) untill they are at least 16
Nail polish, lip GLOSS , some powder is okay.
11Wow, I don't think six year olds should be wearing makeup outside the house...maybe lip gloss, but not full makeup!
12Cindy's parenting skills i think need to be questioned.
This little girl's been wearing make-up since 4 years old, and Cindy has taken weirdly inappropriate pictures,(if you ask me) of her daughter in swim suite poses years ago.
...im just sayin
13I think Kaia Gerber is adorable, but there is something disturbing about this pic - the makeup, the leather jacket, the mobile phone clutched in her hand. She looks like a teenager, and she is only 6 years old!!!!
As beautiful as she is, she will surely receive plenty of attention as she is growing up - I really hope that her parents are wise enough to protect her and let her look like and be a child for as long as possible.
14i think its okay for kids to mess around with makeup...in terms of playing dress-up, but they shouldn't be going around in public with makeup on at the age of 6!
15It's fine for a six year old to play with makeup at home or grandma's house but not wear out in public. I can't believe how long her son's hair is. He looks more like a girl than her daughter does.
16I'm sure she was just playing dress up, otherwise I would say she's WAY too young!
17Wow.. she looks so much older than 6, and that's not a good thing. A kid should be a kid. There'll be plenty of time to pile on makeup during the rest of your life.
18Wow - everything, from her outfit, to her hair, to her makeup, just even the way she's walking (probably how the photogs caught the photo though) and the mobile phone (??) in her hand makes her look like a mini-Lohan. Scary!!!
19She's SIX? I would have assumed she was at least 10 or 12! I think this is so, so wrong.
20She's 6??!?!?
Dear lord, one can wonder what she'll be like in 6 more years...
21She is SIX!??? Why does she look like she could be a baby-faced 25 year old?
22When I was six I got to play dress up and put on a little bit of makeup but it came off before we went anywhere..
I still don't really wear makeup.. It's too time consuming, I'd rather sleep in a little longer, haha
23I'm not so sure she has make up on - - - I've seen other photos of her and she's just a total natural beauty. And if i can say this without appearing to be a complete perv, her brother is HOT!

24HOLY Cow!! I thought she was like a really short 16 yr old.. WOW!!!
25too young
26Hopefully it was just for the night. I know a lot of little girls like to play in mom's makeup bag...especially when mom was a supermodel
27I agree with the poster who said that C.Crawford parenting needs to be questioned. I also remember those inexcusable pictures of Kaia in a bikini last year with suggestive posing and now this? Why does she haave a cell phone and such a mature outfit on? Look how low the v cut is on that shirt. I have never a children's shirt cut that low. She should be dressing in Gapkids and the like not like this. I wonder even comment on the makeup.
28She does NOT look 6. Yikes! If they were coming from a recital or play, then I don't have a problem with the makeup. I have very fond memories of doing the same thing. But, short of that - even if she was just playing around - that's not really appropriate out and about at that age. There's a difference between going out with your uniform/costume/makeup/whatever after an event and purposely getting dolled up like that for dinner.
I also don't have a problem with a tiny bit of makeup for very special occasions even for very young girls - they just want to be like Mom. But, that's more makeup than most adults wear daily.
29this is just wrong. I mean, I know when I was a little gi, all I wanted to do was to grow up and be able to wear makeup, and high heels and all that. I think the problem with our society is that parents are too soft. Whatever happened to telling your children NO. Kids need boundries and rules. I mean really, let your 6 year old wear a full face of makeup and the next thing you know shes 10, acting like a 25 a year old...why are parents ok with this? And that makeup does not look like something a 6 year old was just having fun with...that looks like it was done by someone who knew what they were doing.
30If it's just pretend, it's okay. Otherwise it's a no-no for me. I will let my kids be kids and not let them grow up s o fast that they miss out childhood. Look at what happened to kids who grew up so fast---what happens to them?
31TOO YOUNG!
32My earlier link didn't work, but go to www.imnotobsessed.com and then type in the search "cindy crawford high school musical". Look especially at the 4th thumbnail from the left. I think her daughter is one of those blessed ones who always looks like she's made up, like her mom. I remember back when Cindy was at the height of her career and she said it took her 3 minutes to put makeup on. No wonder, when you look like that!
33I definately thought she was older and had to re-read the post to make sure I read right. She looks waaaay to old and I think inappropriate. If she experiences all of this now what's there to look forward to? IMHO ~
34Not cool at all! If she were my child I would let her play with it at home, but there is no way she would be allowed to leave the house like that.
35This is truly disturbing.
36What a beautiful little girl. She looks exactly like her mother.
Cindy and Randy produced such beautiful children.
I can't really tell if she's wearing make-up or not, but what I can tell is the way Cindy is looking at her daughter she absolutely loves her. I think she sees a lot of herself in her daughter.
Time will tell if any of these parents made good or bad choices.
I don't know, I don't like to judge. So many people do and then when you meet their kids you're like people in glass houses . . . just put the stones away.
37oh please.....who cares if she wears makeup?? She looks cute, and maybe because her parents don't make a big deal about makeup she won't feel the need to wear an inch of dark eyeliner when she's 14.
38it's not something that I would allow on a regular basis- but come on!!- my 6 year old sees me get ready and she's mesmerized - she thinks it's beautiful because that's what she sees. I allow her to play at home with make up and on a few occassions have let her leave the house with it (mind you - she doesn't age herself by 6 years with her ability to apply make up like a "super model"- mine LOOKS like a 6 year old who did her own makeup)
39I find a lot of people very critical. I had to look again to see the cell phone and I had to try to blow up the pictures to see the dreaded makeup. I actually think her outfit is cute. Her top is not cut too low IMO. I like her leather jacket. Not everyone wants a little pink, flowery girl.
My daughter had a red leather jacket when she was 2 and I just bought her a new True Religion caramel colored one now that she is 7. Everyones kid doesn't have to dress with bows, ribbons, animals, or fruits on their clothes. That is why there are many different designers.
She is dressed how I would expect her to dress given that her mother is a stylish supermodel.
I also agree with the poster who talked about people living in glass houses...my brother used to talk a bunch or crap about my daughter and was very critical. Well guess what....his story changed totally once he had his own kids...to the point where he is hypocritical.
40I think she shouldn't be wearing makeup but I'm not her mother, so whatever floats Cindy's boat. LOL!
41Ok little kids wearing makeup is kinda creepy but we've seen Kaia out and about before and she wasnt wearing make-up. So obviously theres a reason she's wearing it. maybe they came from a shoot or something.
Some little girls love dressing up and wearing makeup, I know I snuck behind my moms back when I was 8 and put on her lipstick. Children, IMO, shouldnt wear makeup on a regular basis at all. But I think this was a reason why Kaia had it on, and she looks cute! lol
42How adorable! My mom used to let me put on makeup, heck I used to wear blush and lip gloss when I was 2,lol. She seems to be enjoying it and why not let a 6yr old have some fun? No harm in makeup. When I'm a mom I'll be the same way with my daughter; it's fun bonding time.
43I cannot believe she is 6 either
44The thing I find disturbing is not so much that she's wearing make-up, but that someone DID her make-up for her. It's not like she just got into mom's purse and had a little too much fun. Someone took the time (or was paid) to expertly apply full make-up on a kindergartner. Either that, or the kid is a make-up artist prodigy. Regardless, she's a gorgeous little girl, and I hope she's just as pretty on the inside.
45That's a six year old! She looks like a preteen.
46i dont think she's got more makeup on than maybe some colored lipgloss..... honestly, she's just pretty. olive skin tones with tan and dark lashes can look like makeup if your skin is flawless (6 year old skin usually is) and you have some lipgloss on. plus i dont think she's holding a cell phone, its too square...
i think everyone needs to calm down and realize that while some kids are cute, most kids do not have the genetics she does.
47she's wearing makeup???
48I can't believe she is 6.I have a 5 and 6 year and they look like little girls. They play with lip gloss and polish their nails but that's it.She looks like a miniature grown up and not a child.
49She really doesn't look like a six year old. I don't mind letting little girls play around with make-up for fun, but that make-up on Kaia looks expertly applied, and not what a six year old looks like when they play dress up. My daughter would wear my red lipstick, purple eyeshadow, smear blush on her cheeks like a circus clown, etc. Kaia looks like she could give ME tips on how to put on make-up. Sorry, I don't think it's appropriate.
