The mother–daughter duo is due to sit down with Oprah Winfrey today to discuss life and Bette's return to the big stage. If the clone is anything like her mother, laughs will be in no short supply with the queen of talk.
The American icon's gorgeous girl Sophie, also daughter to Martin von Haselberg, is a student at Yale University, where she is a Sociology major with a concentration in East Asian studies. Keeping things in the family, Mama Bette is on the Dean's Council at the Yale School of Architecture.
The multi–talented Beaches superstar also shares a love for the environment and education. She is the founder of New York Restoration Project, which restores NYC parks in underprivileged areas. Bette, did you ever know that you're my hero?
