The thing about this that is sad is that Brit is going to have to decide whether she wants to be a permanent part of the kids life or not. Being an on again/off again Mommy will only make things more difficult. She definitely needs to get herself help first, before she can be a constant in these boys life.

This is all so sad. I agree with you Lil Maw, she needs to take care of herself, before she can care for her two boys.

These boys are so adorable, it so sad the way things are going with Britney but hopefully with time things will get better.

What a sad situation. Britney is so used to everyone saying "yes" to her that she just can't deal when someone says "no." I truly hope that she spends the next month thinking about what she is gonna lose...though I sincerely doubt that is going to happen.

the pix is sad isn't it. their wacked out mother isn't up to doing her job so it falls to their dad who is always photographed with paris or a bottle of jd to his lips. poor little guys. hope the nanny loves them and sticks around,

they are so cute....HOPEFULLY, Britney will get the help she desperately needs. I honestly believe it's a mental problem at this point, whether coupled with lack of care or not. She definitely is mentally unstable, and though it's always preferable for kids to be with their moms than a nanny, it's in everyone interest right now that she doesn't have custody!

These pictures are sad...because Britney Spears isn't a fit enough person to be a 100% mother. Kevin Federline was at court when these pictures were taken. He is trying his best to keep his children OUT of the spotlight completely...unlike their mother.

I've been thinking: how could a mom give up of her kids like that? I think that could exist 2 reasons:
1- She' s a big baby and isn't looking for responsability; she just wants to party and date all the guys, like all the time;
2- She knows that those little guys wouldn't "survive" from this rollercoaster that her life is and decided to give up their custody, you know, for their mental health.

I just cannot believe that a mom could do that... I'm her fan, but I can't understand her...

Who in their right mind wouldnt want these two little sweethearts in their life?? See...i said RIGHT MIND. Which Britney is no where near. I just want to kick her so hard....everyday i see her "excursions" and i cant imagine why going to gas stations, starbucks and hanging with shady paparazzi is more life-fullfilling for her than to be with her two little boys. ARRRRGH...she just makes me so mad!!!!!

I don't get the discrepancy in comments between "bad" parents who aren't celebrities and "bad" parents who are. Everyone railed on the guy who didn't realize his daughter was missing for 2 days, but Brittany is just "so sad." Irresponsible is irresponsible, regardless of how famous you are. Call it for what it is. Not showing up to a custody court date is just as stupid as not checking in with your kids who are left in the care of family.

I feel so sorry for these boys I really hope that someone can do something to help their mother be a mother. I really don't like Britney but I really hope that she gets better and gets her life in order for the sake of these cuties.

Jayden looks so sad and it should be noted he's not with Britney. Everyone seems to harp on the fact the he looked sad with her but she's not around at all and hasn't been for almost 2 weeks. It makes me wonder if he's truly okay. He looks so much like her especially making that sad face.

The boys are so cute! Jayden looks just like Britney, Sean looks like Kevin. Its a very sad situation. Britney is mentally ill, hopefully she will get better and then maybe she can be reunited with the boys.
