There's just something about Jello — I don't know if it's the bright colors, the jiggly consistency or the actual flavor, but kids love it. The sugary gelatin dessert can take on just about any shape or form from salads to molds to shots. And, we can't forget the layered squares or jigglers. But, what's a mom to do when she's got a box of the good stuff and nothing to pour it in?
YumSugar tipped me off to this alternate organic presentation. Simply slice an orange, hallow it out and pour the jello in. Once it sets, carefully slice the halves into wedges. Your kids will get a kick out of it.
