We’ve all heard rumors that the music of Mozart and Bach helps stimulate a baby's brain. And sometimes waltzing to Requiem does help send baby to sleep. But, it's also a good time to introduce baby to some good ole' rock n' roll.
Rock the cradle of love to some sweet tunes from Rockabye Music ($17). The Rolling Stones, Nirvana, Bob Marley, and Coldplay are just some of the bands whose music has been converted into soothing lullaby renditions.

I love this!!! I did a research paper in college, showing all of the studies that prove how beneficial music is to babies and children. They should listen to it and study it while they are young; it improves math and english skills and forms early cognitive sequences for them to remember.
1Thats too cool. We listen to alot of xm kids radio. This would be a great change from the normal kids music.
2We got the Metallica version for our baby shower last month and my husband was so excited! I have also registered for the Coldplay and Green Day versions. I'm going to have to make sure to pick them up if I don't get them soon.
3I can't imagine Tool for babies
!
4I have almost all of these, they really are soothing to Brody and pleasant for me. Plus I get to sing along to songs I don't mind getting stuck in my head.
5Looks like iTunes music store has them for $9.99 each! This makes me sooooo happy
6These are great. I can't wait to get some.
