So you've got a hamper full of dirty clothes and a laundry list of errands to run. Remember those Calgon, take me away! commercials? In that same vein, let's do some wishful thinking. If you had one day (without your spouse or kids) to spend anyway you wanted, what would you do?
I haven't finished my itinerary yet, but it includes — sleeping in late, a trip to the spa, a very small purse, dry-clean-only clothes, uninterrupted conversation, and going wine tasting with my best friends.
What is your ideal day?

It's bad I can't even imagine a day to myself...
It'd have to be a good day with a book and a nice (really nice) lunch out, somewhere with real napkins and glass glasses and real silverware, a ride around in a convertible with the top down and the music up, shopping and trying things on without anyone hurrying me.... Ahhhh....
1Yeah - a day to myself - hmmmmmmm.. I think it would involve a spa visit (massage, pedicure, facial) and then I would go to the beach for a few hours and read and just people watch. After I had my fill of the beach I would shower and head to the movie theater all by myself and try and catch at least 2 movies. It has been sooooooo long since I have been to the movie theater!!
2I think you've covered it, lil! I'd add watching a movie that had a bunch of f words in it. And what sweetpeasmom said, driving around in a convertible. I used to have a convertible. I miss her!
3Oh how I miss having an uninterrupted conversation, or thought for that matter. So that would be right up there along with a visit to the spa and double feature at the movies.
