1How do you get "misdiagnosed" with a pregnancy? The only thing I can think of is she used an HCG trigger as part of her treatment and the trigger wasn't out of her system and gave her a false positive, but a doctor would realize that right away.
2I read another article about it and they said the doctor felt it had taken and took it upon himself to announce it, at which point they kind of had to make a statement. Don't take that for gospel, but that's what i read.
3I remember that being the case at the time, MissSushi, so I have no doubt that's what happened. It's also not unheard of to have a false positive pregnancy.
I can't even imagine. It's basically a miscarriage but with no one to grieve for.
