I have to disagree with one of them... The "I'm sorry" one. It was better when my son was younger and he would actually say it and mean it but now he is 13 and if I get mad because he forgot to do something or he isn't listening to me he automatically says "I'm sorry" or "Sorry" and I know darn well he is just trying to appease me and it drives me crazy.
