10 Foods to Curb Pregnancy Cravings
Move over pickles and ice cream, the
pregnancy craving cops are onto you. The foods women crave may evolve as they make their way through their expectant days, but at the heart of it all are nutrients that the mama-to-be and her baby need as they continue on their journey. Keeping a fridge well-stocked with foods that fulfill these cravings will help eliminate the need for late night grocery runs and odd mixtures on mommy's plate.

I used peanut butter quite a bit already this pregnancy. I'm 4 months along and i routinely crave long john silvers... lol. I can't imagine something more god awful for me unless i sat around eating fried butter, so I always eat a couple slices of peanut butter toast and it goes away for a while. Most of these other things i eat on a normal basis just becuase i like them, and we dont drink anything but water and milk in this family. Though we do have sodas if we go to a resturaunt.
