Sesame Street is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, and its most popular character is hoping to tickle you silly with his new product. Elmo Tickle Hands ($30) fit your lil one's hands and activate when the nose is pushed. First they start vibrating and making Elmo's trademark giggle sound. The giggling gets louder and harder as the tickling continues, and if the nose is pushed again, the hands begin to dance. While the idea is a lot of fun, my mind couldn't stop racing to the non-kid-friendly ways this toy may be used.
