these suggestions are terrific. Thank you! We also love making kebabs with cheese and fruit for a fun, nut-free, non-sandwich alternative. Another fave of my 6 yr old is homemade (non-fish) sushi. She absolutely loves assembling everything herself -- we make it with egg and avocado -- and it can be done the night before.
