Step away from the bump! Unless a mama-to-be has given someone permission to rub the belly, people should keep their
hands to themselves. Though many ladies don't mind a tummy pat, it may leave others feeling violated. To ward off

Seriously...why do people assume they have the RIGHT to touch a pregnant woman's belly? When I was pregnant and told people kindly that I didn't want them to touch my belly, they looked insulted. Geez. I like my personal space.
(And yes, the only person I allowed to
touch my belly was my husband.)
