Another day, another recall. It's tough for parents to keep up with all the faulty baby products, so often they just keep using them. Thanks to Toys 'R' Us and Babies 'R' Us, moms can take back a few items and turn them into money with the Great Trade In program. Mommies who have questioned their portable crib can get cash for that clunker and upgrade to a new one. Though it sounds like a pretty sweet deal, many parents keep their merchandise or toss them on the curb for passersby.

When the Magnetics were recalled, we decided to keep them rather than trade them in, because they were recalled for loose magnets which a kid can swallow. Our teenagers weren't going to eat the magnets.
1It depends. Sometimes things are recalled for silly reasons. I don't need to return my son's bumbo seat so I can have one with a sticker on it that says not to put it on top of a table.
2I have the crib that is pictured above, can anyone tell me what this kind of crib is,I have my grand daughter living with me and she is only one and sleeps in this crib and the side keeps coming off when I put the side down and that scares me,I am afraid it will fall off while she is in there. We are trying to find her a new crib but my husband just got laid off and we are broke so I thought maybe I can contact the manufactuer for replacement parts. Thanks so much and God Bless
