Diapers? Check. Wipes? Check. Bottles? Check. Now that we've confirmed the most obvious components to an infant diaper bag, I want to know what other three items you must have with you at all times when bouncing babe on your hip. My list toppers are a toy for distraction, a clean onesie and tube of diaper cream. What essentials do you stash?

Back up outfit, plastic bag to store wet/dirty clothes, and chapstick for me.
1Lansinoh cream, a burp cloth and gas drops. My daughter had reflux and was coliky, these helped me when were out and about.
2Back up outfit, burpers and toy.
3Extra outfit, diaper rash cream, hand sanitizer for mom or dad

5It's funny because I always had the diaper rash cream and never EVER used it. My essentials are snacks, a small toy or book, and water.
6At 18 mos, i must ALWAYS have pretzels, sippy cup & a small toy. If we will be out for a lil while... i'll throw in the lil diaper holder/wipe holder, just in case. These all get tossed into my huge handbag. No diaper bag.
7Back up outfit, noisy toys and diaper cream. For sure.
