10 Space Saving High Chair Alternatives
When babies move from an exclusive diet of breast or bottled milk to pureed and solid foods, high chairs become a kitchen staple. Most high chairs take up a bit of space, which can be tough for families who are tight on it. Check out some of our favorite high chair alternatives — some will even save you a few bucks!

we are thinking about getting the Fisher Price Space Saver Booster Seat-- any feedback? would love to have this instead of a huge high chair!!
1tngirly - we have the Space Saver one at my son's grandparents' house. It is great - it is literally just like a highchair but it attaches to a regular chair. The only issue I foresee is if you need that chair for another adult!
2I've been using the Phil & Ted's "Me Too" since my daughter was 6 months old and I love it. It's very sturdy and great in a small kitchen.
I have to disagree about using a bouncy seat. The recline on it (depending on the model) can be so much that a baby who is new at eating solids can choke. I'm speaking from experience, since this was the way I thought I could feed my baby prior to buying the real highchair. I had the bouncy seat pictured in the slideshow.
