After beating cancer, Lance Armstrong won seven Tour de France titles proving to the world that he is a force to be reckoned with and may have kryptonite running through his veins. A champion to thousands for his courage and perseverance in battling the disease, he is also a pillar of hope for men wishing to have children after fighting cancer. Through natural means, Lance and girlfriend Anna Hansen were blessed to welcome Max Armstrong as reported on the daddy's Twitter account earlier this evening. The youngest of Lance's brood will join the other Armstrong children — Luke and twin sisters, Grace and Isabelle. We wish the new family all the best!

3wow...i had no idea. last i heard he was w/kate hudson and rumors of a fling w/one of the olsen sisters. personally i think lance is gross.
4Lance and Kate Hudson broke up about 11 months ago so he got this girl pregnant about a month after the break up. The fact that he has frozen his sperm and he only has one testicle might indicate that he doesn't worry too much about accidentally impregnating somebody and maybe doesn't practice safe sex. Since he didn't want more kids with Sheryl Crow and he wasn't dating this girl very long shows it was likely a great big ACCIDENT.

Maybe one reason he didn't want kids with Sheryl Crow is that everyone pretty much assumed he couldn't have kids the natural way and it would have required some advanced medical feat he wasn't willing to participate in. Just an possibility.
And it's much nicer to say the kid was a "surprise" and not an accident.....

10you are so right... surprise! much nicer... and likely a wonderful blessing to Lance and his girlfriend. not mine or anybody else's business but it just seemed like Lance was really playing the field there last year is why accident came to my mind.
11redoing my rough math. typical pregnancy 40 weeks gestation puts conception back to August. We heard about Lance and Kate up to May last year.
12#8 THANK YOU! That baby is awful. Just awful. You know that Seinfeld episide involving the ugly baby...the one where you never see it, but the cast keeps talking about how hideous it is? This is how I imagine it looked.
13He froze his sperm prior to cancer treatment to ensure he could have children later. He's kind of irresponsible for not following up with regular sperm count checks if he wanted to avoid surprise pregnancies. Cancer treatments may have temporary loss of sperm production and follow-ups are very important.
That being said, he sure doesn't seem to mind the surprise and they all seem very happy.
