4i do something similar with an oversized pencil case that cost $5.99 at the conatianer store. i can fit 12 diapers, wipes, changing pad, 2 changes of clothes, burp clothes, 2 bottles and misc small stuff and keep a small bottle of anti-bacterial looped around the zipper. it's nice to be able to keep everything together and stash it in my large tote when i have my son with me. it's no frills, but works very well!
