What's interesting about listing breastfeeding as a way to lose weight after having a baby is that I actually heard some of my friends who were breastfeeding complain that they were always so hungry from it and ended up eating more in the middle of the night when they got up to feed their babies.
1i struggled after my 3rd daughter to lose the weight. it took 8 months to get down to where i had 10 pounds to go. but i never have been able to lose that last 10. plus, my body is a different shape, things are in different places than pre-kids.
