I remember watching Kate Gosselin and her adorable tots during their first TLC specials [1] years ago and wondering how the exhausted young mother managed it all. Time has passed, Jon and Kate Plus 8 [2] aired and became a fan favorite [3], and fame struck the once struggling family featured in those early episodes. I still admire the mom of eight for good reasons.
