Five Tips For Easing a C-Section Recovery
Pillows
Soon after your lil one's birth, you'll be told a joke or need to sneeze and realize how often the abdominal muscles are used in daily life. Holding a
pillow to your incision will help ease the pain as you laugh, sneeze or cough during the first few post-op days. Placing a number of pillows behind you when sleeping will also help in the process of getting out of bed.

My C-section wasn't bad at all. I was in the hospital for 5 days because my son's white blood cell count was too high, and they thought he was trying to fight an infection ( but thank god he wasn't, and we was just fine), and by the 3rd day of being in the hospital, I was walking around. My husband actually sat in my bed, and I sat in the recliner because I was sick of laying down. My nurses all said that they had never seen anyone recover or become that active that soon after a c-section! My incision healed just fine, with no infection or anything, and I was back to normal within a week!
