From Romeo to Juliet and Frannie to Zooey, writers from William Shakespeare to J.D. Salinger have given us pages and page of characters to choose from. If mama and papa like to bury their heads in books, then a literary name is fitting for the infant.

Pregnancy is the easy part? That's so offensive to anyone who's spent years unsuccessfully trying to conceive.
1I like the idea of using a literary character, but I'm a little saddened by character flaws. A friend is named Tess after Tess of the D'urbervilles and that always makes me a little sad.
2My husband and I chose a literary name for our daughter.
