While most women are pulling lighter clothes out of their closets in anticipation of warmer weather, mamas-to-be due in Summer and Fall are searching for the ultimate items to take them through the rest of their pregnancies. More of Me Maternity's dresses and tunics are designed to do just that. Their "Take It to The Maxi" dress ($249) mimics the maxi dress trend seen on non-pregnant pals, but is made from 100% Modal knit, ensuring it remains soft and comfortable through multiple washings. It even features wide straps and a "modesty panel" across the back to hide the supportive bras we need during those nine months. Designed by DC-native, and former politico Jessica Boulanger, the line also includes shorter styles that can be worn as shirts or dresses.

that dress is lovely.
1That's super cute!
2$249!? for maternity clothing, which by definition will only be useful for less than 9 months!? (unless you're willing to be caught in an old outfit with subsequent births, the horror! *sarcasm*) call me cranky, but please. this has frustrated me for awhile now: how about some items with realistic price tags?
3I'm with eggy ! I don't spend that much on a NON MATERNITY dress ! ... I think Old Navy has some "maxi dresses" now that are v. similar.
4I adore this stuff. If I was pregnant I'd be all in it!
5FAB dress but get real!! I'm stocking up at Old Navy & Target.
runningesq - I have those shoes & adore them
(the heel on mine is a bit thicker
though)
6Sorry I'm with eggy here. This has been bugging me for quite a while. I mean really who has the kind of money that they can spend that much money on something that they'll only be able to use for a few months? And even if they have that kind of money it's not exactly fiscally smart. While the dress is pretty I'd rather find something somewhat smilar for a much smaller price tag.
7I LOVE this dress! When I was pregnant I settled w/ Old Navy and target for my maternity clothes, I will NEVER settle again! But I only where jeans that cost $150 or more. My lil sis is going to be 7 months pregnant at my wedding in Mexico and our other bridesmaids are wearing maxi dresses so I have purchased this dress in pink for my sis to wear. Although her and I are sharing our maternity clothes while being pregnant cause we both like higher end clothing and this way we can share.
