Make an Hour For the Gym
There should be no excuse when it comes to your health. Make an hour to go to the gym or run around the park by scheduling your partner, parent, friend or babysitter to sit with your children while you sweat out the stress. If you don't have anyone to call consider a friend who is also a parent, then offer to cover her gym time as well. Don't forget to ask your gym if they offer child care — many do!
