In a recent interview, celeb mama Reese Witherspoon said that her daughter, Ava, 9, is unimpressed by her vocals. The article said:
"She said, 'Mom I really appreciate you taking me to the concert, but will you please not embarrass me in front of Carrie Underwood by singing because she's a real singer and you're just, like a movie singer," says Witherspoon, who won a Best Actress Oscar for playing singer June Carter Cash in 2005's Walk the Line.
Even one of Hollywood's hottest actresses can leave her kids cringing, do you?

He's too young, but I'm sure it will happen. Even now, my mom can embarrass me. I'm not sure it ever goes away. LOL!
1My son finds some of my behavior hilarious and that's the fun of it.
2yes, lol. that started at about age 7 1/2. a little sad and a little funny each time.
loved ava's comment "You're just, like a movie singer". oh, is that all
3No not that I know of (she hasn't said anything to me about it yet LOL)but she does alot of laughing at some of the things I say or do....
4I don't have any kids. I do have a lot of nieces and nephews -- not the same, but still kids. I don't know why, but the oldest, the 8 year old is just an absolute piece of work. Anything I say or do will be embarrassing. I call her friends "honey" or "sweetie" and her the same thing, and she's always like "I hate when old people call me that in front of real people". I'm 21, and a real person...but thanks for making it absolutely clear you're not into being loved in front of your friends!
5My oldest is 10 and has yet to display any signs that he is embarrassed by me. I'm sure it is coming though.
6of course my oldest get embarresed!!!
