1It sounds like one is destined to be a girly-girl and the other a goth.
2i am have a slight obsession with names... i once researched same sex twins and names. there were almost always issues when one girl received a very feminine or cutesy name (grace or dolly) and one received a masculine name (like charlie or jordan). you don't see it happen that much though.
i think both names are adorable and i'm sure celebrity babies will have totally different issues
just kidding.
they both seem like they will be happy parents!
3The first names are questionable, but the rest is okay.
4Rebecca Rose sounds nice and I love Charlie for a girl. Tamara is also nice. But Dolly is not my taste and Tulip sounds like they had to pick a flower because of the Rose.
