I think a boy would be a great addition to balance out the family, but I am sure Jen and Ben don't care as long as the baby is healthy. I think when Ben is with his girls, he should carry Violet - Jen is way too pregnant to be carry that weight!

Ben's not even in the picture, that looks like his brother Casey. In any case, if Jen's having a normal pregnancy there's no reason for her not to carry Violet as long as she doesn't mind.

I'm going with a boy, because Jens bump is getting SO big and usually boys born bigger size. But it's kinda dodgy guess still, we'll just have to wait and see!
