It may be late October, but the celebabies in Hollywood are still sporting Summer duds while their East Coast counterparts are bundling up for the spooky Halloween weekend. Suri and Katie shared a kiss on the playground while Kim Raver and Naomi Watts pushed their tots around in cozy strollers.
