Their husbands may be on the Democratic road to the White House, but Michelle Obama and Jill Biden aren't immune to mom guilt. The two spoke candidly about their hopes for working moms and their own experiences in balancing careers and family life. From paid family leave to more flexible working hours, are there things you wish the United States government would provide to make juggling it all a bit easier?

No, there isn't anything I wish the government would provide to make it easier. I prefer not to depend on my government for more than absolutely necessary. Always remember, what the government gives, it must first take away.
It would be nice if workplaces, on their own, offered more benefits such as longer paid family leave and flexible working hours. However, I oppose government mandates to do so.

I like what Michelle Obama said. Use the government as leaders to show how beneficial it could be, not just forcing all corporations to provide this benefit.
