The Fourth of July has always been a favorite holiday of mine. I don't know if it is the patriotic music, the day long barbecues or the firework displays, but it always puts a smile on my face.
And, I like to dress the part in patriotic colors. Show me some tot togs in red, white and blue and I get giddy. This year, I am digging nautical outfits for my lil one. Whether it is this adorable top and its matching pants from Hula Mula ($60) or any of the pieces you see below, your tot will be ready to set sail for the social events.

So cute! I love sailor inspired clothing
And that little girl is adorable!
1The anchor is a symbol of the sorority I was in when I was in college-- this kind of thing always makes me have mixed responses. It's cute, yes; but I will always associate it with my sorority and that makes me think you're trying to make your child look like they're ready for recruitment. The achor was a symbol of hope, by the way, if you like that for your kids.
2haha i know what u mean about sororities--my symbol was an owl and they are everywhere now! but as for anchors--i LOVE THEM! i would wear this stuff!
3Why on earth would anyone spend $60 on a piece of clothing for a child who will wear it three times before they grow out of it, if your lucky.
