I can't imagine there is anyone in this world who watched the Sex and The City movie thinking the costumes and accessories were practical, but boy were they pretty.
On top of having a fabulously chic bedroom Charlotte's daughter, Lily, takes the cake for having the cutest clutch. A Judith Leiber cupcake clutch, $4,295, to be exact.
I can't fathom spending that much on an accessory for myself (let alone a four-year-old), but what if money were no object?

To me the urge to give children gifts like this (in real life) is just another symptom of the "my child is a princess who deserves everything her little heart desires" grossness that is so prevalent right now.
(This is not to say that princess aren't cool, or ok to love and admire, just that my daughter is a little girl, and not a princess or an heiress. She may be the cutest little girl in the universe, but she is still a little girl and needs to have expecations to match)
