They would be cute for little girls for dress up but little babies, come on
Totally gross!
has Heidi Montag designed it?
I like the note on the package "this is not a toy"
omg if i had a kid i would so not put em on my kid! no no no!
Disturbing.
i woul be worried that the baby might kick herself with the heel and get hurt. not for babies i don't think.
my girls had little "heels" on thier shoes starting at about 3 1/2. like 1/2 inch heel on a few pairs. flat is really better when they still use play ground equipment and play running games.
They look like Miss Piggy's shoes! hehe If you put them on as a joke like the baby wigs I think it's fine. Especially, since they aren't old enough to think they need to wear heels to be sexy, or even walk in them to begin with.
These are hideous and ridiculus. Who would make these let alone put them on their kid?
Those things appalling and gross to look at.
Well, um, I guess babies could wear them for Halloween...if you wanted to dress them as a streetwalker.
I don't like it, kids should be kids not prostitutes! Same sh*t as the kid beauty pageants. I think those things are disgusting, tanning 5 year olds, fake teeth, makeup from here to England. It's just nasty. Kids should wear tennis shoes and sandals, that's it!!!
I do believe these are supposed to be tongue and cheek. Look at the name, they are even making fun of themselves. so I think they are purely for entertainment value, which makes them pretty darn funny if you ask me. I even love the name!!
those are disgusting and it's wrong to make them even for a joke because there are dumb people out there who would put them on their child's feet. it's downright dangerous.
Its cute. I think they're just for dress up and fun. Not to wear every day like regular shoes.
i wouldn't ever put those on my baby, but i don't think they're all that horrible... plus, it looks like they're size 0-6 months - not like a baby that age is doing anything besides lounging around on a playmat.
Awful!
i don't like them at all, but I don't think they are dangerous. The heel looks soft to me.
for a baby who clearly is not ready to walk yet i think its cute....but only for infants, once they can pull themselves up and stand those shoes have got to go
that's just weird.
I'm guessing gag-type of gift, they can't really be serious.
I might have to buy them just to freak my husband out. We have a 3 month old baby BOY. (Seriously, I'd never buy these. Even if we had a baby girl.)
They are supposed to be a joke. It's for children age 0-6 months. Women are supposed to put it on their babies, take pictures to show her friends and say "look at what a fashionista my daughter is". Come on people lighten up.
If it were for girls age 3-6 then I would've been irked by it. However, I don't think the APA (American Pediatric Association) would approve a product like that to be on the market as it would cause development problems.
These shoes are purely decorative people! I mean you know its a joke right?? Heelarious? Hilarious? Anyways I think this is a great idea and dont think a baby could get hurt in these because the heels dont look real! I think its fabric. I agree, if it was for an older girl I wouldnt really find that appropriate but this is just like the bows people put on their babies heads its cute and fun!
there is a time for everything
I think they're funny. I would have put them on my little babies. It's not like they're walking down the street in them, they're just for show.
It's just silly! It does not make babies prostitutes!!
even as a gag gift, they're still pretty creepy...
not to mention the animal prints look tacky to me.
UGH!! My daughter (3 y.o.) plays dress-up in her princess gowns & shoes, but they are plastic, and innocent-looking! Yuck, who wants their child to dress up like Heidi Montag?! There is something creepy about these shoes - especially because they are not intended as a dress up toy.
Hahahahahahaha! These are soooo funny! But still...weird. Maybe for Halloween...MAYBE.
Absolutely cute, absolutely fun, absolutely meant for hilarity - not references to sick and disgusting pedophilic scenarios or prostitution. Haven't women come far enough that high heels can be seen as necessary to fashion as the belt, wallet or cuff link? Not all high heels are made for strippers or street walkers. I'd like to think that my personal collection is FAR from that, and would be totally appropriate for any child in my house to romp around in.
I think that these are great and would be a fun addition to my child's special-event wardrobe. I vote that we all get off the conservative-freak-out-session and celebrate our inner Carrie Bradshaw (or Imelda Marcos for you long-time footwear lovers) and let even then wee-ones have a ball!
Besides, read the fine print on the website. They're friggin COMPLETELY SOFT....SHEESH! *rolls eyes*
I think the shoes are too cute, I don;t think they would make a baby look like a street walker, they're for fun, more like for pictures. And I can't wait to get them for my 3 month old daughter!!!
