Dina Lohan was named one of Long Island’s Top 20 Moms by Mingling Moms and now Kevin Federline is being crowned "Father of the Year" by Prive Las Vegas. While, the faithful and frequent patron who happens to be the father of four was probably an obvious choice, I'm shocked that a Sin City nightclub would even present such an honor.
The aspiring actor/dancer/rapper seems to have stepped up his parenting game with sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, in the last year during ex-wife Britney Spear's very public breakdown, but does that make him Father of the Year?

i would like to think that we have some days doing a little more to warrant a father of the year award, but hey what do i know.
1i wouldnt say father of the year, because ryan phillipee is father of the year, kevin is a good father but not father of the year
2are you kidding me?? KFed father of the year? In what universe? Give me a break! Give me Brad Pitt, Gavin Rossdale, Hugh Jackman...
3He stepped up to the plate acknowledging that Brit was not fit to care for his kids, but father of the year.....that's a stretch.

5I don't really think an award for Father of the Year given out by a Las Vegas night club holds much weight...
6brad pitt, gavin rosdale do seem like good fathers too, but kevin is also a good father
7Not sure why everyone is so surprised. People are generally recognized for how they step up during a crisis period, no matter who they were or what they were doing before.
8Whenever I see the kids they are always with a nanny. BUt I guess they are under his care, I would hope that he does spend lots of time with them too.
Is he really a good father? How would anyone know, unless they were right there with the
family quite often.
9It makes me wonder what the hell the person/persons involved were thinking when they came to the conclusion that he was father of the year.
10you are right romaniagrl no one really knows
11Not.
