I was looking at this book in Toys r us the other day. There are some cute ideas and most look pretty easy to execute.
1Any cake recipe works--I think the book just calls for certain flovaors of cake mix.
oops--*flavors*
2Cute! I'd take ideas from it, but I just don't do my own cakes for birthday patries
3Wow, this is so cool! I seriously need to buy this book. I dig the cover, cool stuff!
4I'm a cake decorator btw.
5i like the tea cup cakes! the big fav with my girls was the barbie bake where she's wearing a skirt that is the cake and the decorate it with frosting like cinderlla. i'm not a good with the frosting tips
i have some fun cake pans but i have to stick with powdered sugar or you can't
even tell what it is, lol.
6I took cake decorating classes when my daughter was a baby: I made her a doll cake that looked like Belle, and a castle cake for her fifth birthday - now it turns out, she really doesn't like cake - at all. She's a pie person.
7this is a nice way to be creative
