I think I missed that the Brie was pasteurized.
Bummer.
4thank you so much for setting the record straight on cheese. so many resources i read say "no soft/fresh cheese" and that's not true. the pasteurization is the key, and unless you're in a specialty shop, or on farm, it's almost impossible to get non-pasteurized milk/cheese in the U.S.

94/4. I disagree with the pasteurized milk though. Raw milk and cheese (from a safe, reliable source only) is very beneficial. My family eats pounds of raw milk cheese every month.
