I remember reading my pregnancy books wondering when I would feel those "butterfly" kicks for the first time.
The experts said I would feel the baby's motions around 18 weeks.
Some moms claim to feel them as early as 10 weeks!
How far along were you when you felt fluttering?

I can't vote, mine were all different. My first was 12 weeks, my second was 9, and my last wasn't until like 14 weeks.
1Yes, nothing till 21 weeks, or even a little later. It was very lovely at first, but when they start to completely shift about inside you it's - well, it's just as lovely, and very emotional, but very very much WEIRDER. The first time my husband saw a great big shoulder turning over in my tummy, he was terrified.
2with my first child I was about 16 or 17 weeks. With my second...I felt that fluttering feeling around 15 weeks...but then again I knew what it was with the second one! I may have felt it earlier with the first one and I just didn't know.
3I was so gassy I couldn't tell the difference at first. I would swear it was the baby and then it would be gas- then I would think it was gas but it turned out to be the baby.
4With my first, I felt fluttering around week fourteen or fifteen. My second was similar. During my third pregnancy, those feelings came a bit later -- not sure when, but closer to eighteen weeks.
My most recent pregnancy flutterings were a shock to me; I felt them at eleven weeks. (But I quickly discovered that I had twins, so I think the double set amplified the sensation.)
5One day shy of 14 weeks I felt it!!
6I am pregnant with twins (already have 4 kids), and felt first fluttering sensation at 9.5 weeks. With my fourth child, I felt her flutter at 11 weeks.
