One of the perks of being pregnant was filling out dresses and shirts like I'd never done before.
My curvy chest began to swell during the nine months of pregnancy and increased while I nursed. After weaning my babe, I deflated big time — resembling the barren plains of Texas rather than the Swiss Alps.
While some people claim to have more voluptuous tatas after the whole delivery and breastfeeding process, most mamas I know are like me – smaller than they were at the starting point.

I've heard that most women's breasts start to sag after they quit breastfeeding. I'm a little nervous about this b/c mine are already on the bigger size (D cup) and already a little bit saggy
but I am going to breastfeed anyways (God-willing) b/c I would want it no
other way! If they turn out bad in the end I'll just have them fixed I guess ... after I am done with the kids. Oh and I'm talking a lift not an implant.
1Mine deflated slightly. I was a full C beforehand, during pregnancy/nursing hovered around a D/DD, but now I'm a full B/almost C. So I guess I just went down about a size.
2Mine grew.......
I was a full C before being prego... Went all the way up to a DD and now I'm down to a D.
3When I was pregnant, I read a few studies that explain that it's actually the state of pregnancy and not the process of breastfeeding that causes breast sagginess. Many women who don't BF are still left with saggy boobs. It seems that the two are unrelated, so it probably shouldn't affect your decision to BF (or not).
As for me, my already small boobs barely got any bigger during pregnancy (what a bummer) and only got a little bigger during BFing. BFing didn't work well for me so I weaned pretty quickly and now my boobs are just about exactly the same as they were pre-pregnancy (still small and perky as before). So, no real change for me.
4Oh, but while my cup size didn't really change (I just actually filled out a B cup for once), my band size did go up quite a bit! My ribcage, which is already large, got huge. Bleh.
5EXACTLY the same bra size, back and cup. My back size went up hugely while I was pregnant, as well as cup size, and then they all shrank back to normal.
6I hope I deflate! We're down to one feeding before bed (I just cut out the morning feeding this week), so I'm holding out hope that they will be smaller than when I started.
7my breasts were a 36C before pregnancy and I went to a 38D afterwards. They have stayed between a 38C and a 38D since then.
8schnappycat, thanks for the info! I have always wanted to BF no matter if it made my breasts smaller or larger. That has no influence on my decision to BF. However I didn't know that it was pregnancy that changed them ... That's interesting!!
9mine seem smaller but I actually am the same size but definitely less firm.
10I was a C went up to a DD and now I am a D. They are a bit saggier than before but no so much that I'm gonna complain
11Mine seem a little smaller too but that is only because they are less firm. They are actually the same size. My breasts didn't grow at all during pregnancy or breasfeeding, they just lost thier firmness.
12Much smaller, I was a b cup before kids after weaning I go down to a AA cup and my breasts resembled a deflated balloon.
13I went from a 36B to a 36C to a 36A. Fun times.
14Yup, breastfeeding does not change the saggines it's the pregnancy itself, at least that's what my doctor told me
